How Facebook and Skype influence business communication

Because of the type of communication that I have with my clients. Being a fashion designer is exciting. There is a lot of competition in this venture that one is supposed to watch out for in order to be able to stay afloat. Most of my clientele is of very many young people. These are the people who are constantly communicating online mainly on twitter and facebook. So what I have done is that is have established a rapport with these young people in the one place that enables them to talk about anything comfortably. I was even exposed to the possibility of connecting both Skype and Facebook. I asked one of my workmates how do you connect skype to facebook. Since I had both accounts active doing that was not a hard thing at all. I just had to connect to facebook via skype. There is an option that is visible on the skype page that makes all these possible. This has helped me to communicate with both my facebook customers and also my Skype customers.
