When you are nominated as the speaker of the day, and you are left with the responsibility of coming up with an attractive and spectacular speech. It is now upon you to make sure that you do not disappoint your group, and also create an exciting show for your audience to enjoy. You can be able to do this if you use powerpoint to create an exciting and short presentation with pictures and texts which explain them. People are normally attracted to pictures, and they will concentrate more and enjoy your show. You could also work with powerpoint animation options to come up with a slide show that captures everyonees attention. There are selective options that you can work around with, and also find pictures that are interesting to look at. By the end of the presentation you will realize that the whole group was attentive and they enjoyed your presentation. Your team will also be proud of you because you represented them well and did not let them down in performing a group duty. You will be a good public speaker if you learn to work with facts and figures.
